Impact
Since its founding in 2018, Mindfulness Through Play has worked with over 20,000 students through PE Programs, Afterschool Programs, and Summer camps.
About us
Mindfulness Through Play is a 501c3 founded in 2018 by Joshua Grove. Playing kendama taught Joshua to regulate his emotions and push past limiting beliefs. He founded MTP to help share these lessons with students around the country.
